- 3/4cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scooop Yomega3 Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- 1banana (frozen)
- 1tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2cup ice
Method
- Place the almond milk and the yogurt in the blender.
- Then top with the fruit and almond butter.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice if you need it to make it thicker or colder. Blend again.
- Blend as many times as required to get any lumps out!
