Metric Servings:

  • 3/4cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scooop Yomega3 Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 1banana (frozen)
  • 1tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2cup ice


  1. Place the almond milk and the yogurt in the blender.
  2. Then top with the fruit and almond butter.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice if you need it to make it thicker or colder. Blend again.
  5. Blend as many times as required to get any lumps out!
